Well worn, or well loved, depending on how you view it. These latter pattern Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) Pouches have have certainly seen some action, but can now be yours at the fraction of the cost of an after market pouch. These specific zippered IFAK pouches were adopted by the USMC to replace older buckled pouches, and proved to be a slimmer but more effective clamshell style pouch. Included with this pouch are a few essential first-aid "boo-boo" kit components to get you started!
