Description

Based off an enigmatic plaque design originating from Rhodesian Light Infantry veterans, allegedly involved with the Rhodesian Special Branch in the Bindura region. The scroll text reads "Homines pestis homine", loosely translated from Latin as "men plague men". The distinctive "acorn" symbology of Special Branch , coupled with the RLI stable belt colors and a communist skull, seem to hint at a connection with Rhodesia's primitive CBRN warfare program.

Whether this design is indicative of a real life cladestine CIO/SB unit in Rhodesia, or a matter of post-war fantasy is ultimately unknown to us. Regardless, it's a pretty cool design we figure would be worthy of reproduction as a patch!

Produced in the standard 3 x 3" size with hook velcro backing.
