Shipping Options

We make every effort to get stuff out to you as quickly and affordably as possible! However, we aren't a big ticket store and do our best with a very small team. 

Shipping options you may choose at checkout include:

  • USPS Domestic Options: Standard USPS domestic shipping options for US based customers, typically arriving within 3-5 days after dispatch. 
  • USPS International Options: USPS international shipping options for customers outside of the US, typically arriving within 3-10 days after dispatch
  • Economy Shipping Options: Shipped out via freight forwarding services and delivered via UPS, USPS or another EMS affiliated mailing service, typically arriving 5-10 days after dispatch, but possibly taking up to 3 weeks depending on your destination. This is our cheapest possible delivery option for international customers. Available only select for countries in including Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK.
  • DHL Shipping Options: Shipped out via DHL, typically arriving 1-7 days after dispatch. Full service delivery for customers outside of the US and Canada, and our recommended option for international customers. 

Your order will typically be packed and dispatched for shipment within 2-3 business days from when you place it. There will be variable shipment times, couriers and costs based off of where you live in the world, and how large your order is. Occasionally during sale periods or holidays, we will receive a larger than volume of orders causing some delays in the shipment of your package, and packages may therefore take up to 4-8 business days to dispatch. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, but if we discover drastic differences between what is calculated, and how much the actual cost is, we will make every effort to refund you the difference.  

Your tracking information will be emailed to you immediately after dispatch via our customer service email. Make sure to check your spam folder and whitelist our customer service email ([email protected]) as it may often times be flagged as a suspected spam email. 

Orders made later in the week, or during the weekend may not be processed until the following week as most international couriers are not available during the weekend. International customers outside the continental United States or Canada may be charged additional customs or import fees. If an international DHL shipment is far more expensive that the automated DHL service initially projects, we will ship your package via a comparable service which will be reflected when you receive tracking information.  

Shipping costs may be reduced at the discretion of Fireforce Ventures on a case by case basis (ie. merged orders, international DHL orders, etc.). Once a tracking number has been provided for your order, your order will be shipped to the address that you have listed.  

Items under a certain weight (ie. lighter objects, morale patches, etc.) may be shipped via an untracked envelope or small parcel.  If you selected a "No-Tracking" option, you will receive automatically number which may be marked as a tracking number. This is not a tracking number, this is a transaction number. Expect anywhere from 2-4 weeks added from your shipping time if that is the case if within the United States or Canada.  If you are placing an order for a small packet internationally outside of United States or Canada. please expect a longer delivery time to take up to 6-8 weeks.  

Shipping Standards 

Fireforce Ventures will compensate you in full for return shipping costs should a product by improperly shipped, and will ensure that the exact product you ordered is shipped to you as quickly as possible - even at our expense if applicable. Despite our best efforts, we carry almost 1000+ product variants in our system, and mistakes (though uncommon) have happened in the past. If incorrect products are shipped to you, we will make every effort to ensure that the situation is rectified as quickly as possible.  Fireforce Ventures employees are held to a very high standard in regards to shipping out your order. Your package should arrive in full, packed effectively, and with an included invoice signed by the employee who packed your order. All products should arrive in good order, with most apparel products bagged and labeled as they are secured in the shipping envelope, poly-bag, or box. Feel free to make special requests on the comment section of your order and we will make every effort to fulfill it when your order is shipped out.  

Back Orders 

We make many efforts to ensure that our inventory is fully up to date, but inventory errors do happen. Backorders are not common, as we process almost 99% of our orders in full within 1-3 business days at our current rate of packaging orders. This includes all your products packed accurately and a completed tracking number provided. However, in the event your order includes a back ordered product, there may be an additional delay of up to a week before you are contacted as we will make exhaustive efforts to confirm a back ordered product. We will then advise you on options of partial shipments, full refunds, or an estimated wait time for the back ordered product via email. You can email us at any time if there are additional delays with your order at [email protected]. 

Factory Seconds

Any product listed by Fireforce Ventures as “Factory Seconds” in it’s product title or product description, are sold as is and generally for a significant discount. As such, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We will make every effort to identify the deficiency resulting in the product being identified as a “Factory Second”, reasons could include

  • Irregular or damaged stitching
  • Severely damaged, warped, faded fabrics
  • Sizing matrix errors – severely oversized, or undersized
  • Returned defective products – only resold if in otherwise unworn/unwashed condition

Military Surplus 

Fireforce Ventures defines "military surplus" or "milsurp" explicitly as used apparel or equipment, that has be surplused out by a national military. We do not consider military apparel or equipment that was manufactured but never actually issued out by a national military (e.g new South African Defence Force Shirts) to be military surplus.  All military surplus products are sold as is, and may be in various states and conditions depending on the environment it was previously used in.   

Items listed "Supergrade" are generally in new or like new condition, and may feature:

  • Minty fresh "laundry" smell
  • Original packaging
  • Original and unworn labeling or tags
  • Extremely light evidence of previous washes/wear 

Items listed as "Grade 1" are in serviceable condition, but may have indication of prior use. Particularly good condition Grade 1 products, will be indicated as "Grade 1+".  Features of Grade 1 items include:

  • Musky "mothball" odour
  • Colour fade within reason 
  • Loose threads 
  • Small stains
  • Pen markings w/ service numbers/names
  • Thread burn marks 
  • Irregular stitching
  • Evidence of repairs
  • Small holes, or tears under 0.25" in size

Items listed as "Grade 2" are generally in poor condition. Grade 2 items are graded accordingly, and considered "final sale". No exchanges or returns will be entertained with any Grade 2 items. They will have significant flaws to include: 

  • Extremely strong musky "mothball" odour
  • Significant colour fade and wear
  • Large holes and tears over 0.25" in size
  • Missing or damaged buttons/zippers
  • Permanent and unappealing staining

We do not carry any Grade 3 "scrap" or "battle damaged" items for public resale, everything we deem "military surplus" is always completely usable, or salvageable at the very least. Items that are properly graded, and deemed to not be defective, are not eligible for shipping compensation if returned or exchanged. 

Order Cancellations 

Order cancellations should be requested to us at [email protected] within 12 hours of your purchase unless otherwise stated in the product terms. We will refund you in full if you make the request if it is in keeping with the purchase terms. If your order is not canceled within this time frame, we will have to process your inquiry as a return as your product will likely have been prepared for shipment and dispatched. To be eligible for a refund for a canceled order, the product must be returned to us at your expense.  

We request that customers do not initiate credit card chargebacks without first contacting us as we make extra efforts to honor every cancellation request within 24 hours during the business week. If a credit card chargeback attempt is made without communication with us, we reserve the right to halt shipment on your order and refuse you further assistance. If a credit card chargeback was initiated prior to the successful dispatch and shipment of an order, we reserve to the right to invoice you in full for the cost of the order. 

Returns 

Please do not return products to Fireforce Ventures before first contacting us at [email protected]. Fireforce Ventures is not obligated to process any returns if you do not first contact us over email with information about your requests.

Returns will only be processed if we are contacted via email within 30 days of your purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. For products identified as military surplus, it should be returned in the same condition that the product was received. We cannot process returns unless the physical product shipped to you has been returned. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but there may be delays of up to 2 weeks as we review the circumstances of each individual case as thoroughly as possible.  Please check your email for correspondence before you return any packages to us to prevent any processing issues. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (ie. invoice number/bank statement). Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, especially if your order has taken additional time to arrive due to slower international shipping.   There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Evidence of wear, ripped tags, or open packaging if the product is new or unissued military surplus. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any items that were sized improperly by customer error (this would become an exchange) 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

You will be responsible for shipping your own item for returns, but Fireforce Ventures will not compensate you for shipping costs unless an error was determined to have been made on our end. Any food products, Grade 2 military surplus items, supergrade/new condition underwear and closeout/clearance products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges 

Please do not products for exchange to Fireforce Ventures before first contacting us at [email protected]. Fireforce Ventures is not obligated to process any exchanges if you do not first contact us over email with information about your requests.

If you need to initiate an exchange, send us an email at [email protected], we will provide you with a mailing address to send the item you need to exchange. We may request additional information and determine compensation on a case-by-case basis. We cannot process exchanges unless the a product has first been returned to us. Please provide evidence of dispatch with a tracking or transaction number within 30 days of our email acknowledgement that we can provide a refund. We can only guarantee products are held in reserve for requested exchanges for 30 days, unless there are delays caused by shipping couriers.  Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be responsible for shipping your own item for returns, but Fireforce Ventures will not compensate you for shipping costs. Exceptions are made in the case of an incorrect or defective product being shipped, in which we may ship you the correct product free of charge. In this case, it would be completely circumstantial based on availability and shipping conditions.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We don’t have any control over porch pirates, nor are we responsible for a mistake on the part of a shipping company. However, we will still make every effort to assist you, up to and including sending out replacement items free of charge for customers who proactively get in touch. We understand the process may be stressful, but will do our best to assist you with a package. 

In the event of a lost or stolen parcel shipment of an uninsured package, it is imperative that you please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of your order and any other relevant information. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. After this, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please be patient as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, sometimes taking up to 2 weeks in our experience.  If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]. 

We request that customers do not initiate credit card chargebacks without first contacting us as we make extra efforts to rectify all refund requests within 48-72 hours during the business week. If a credit card chargeback attempt is made without evidence of communication with us, we reserve the right to refuse you further assistance. 

Customer Addresses 

Customers have the option to include separate billing and shipping addresses in their orders as per their respective requirements. However, It is the responsibility of the customer to include the correct shipping addresses on their respective orders. If an incorrect address is inputted due to a customer error, it is the customer's imperative to contact Fireforce Ventures immediately to rectify the error. If the package is already dispatched by Fireforce Ventures to a postal courier, the customer is liable for any additional costs associated with additional shipping attempts. We will make every effort to act in good faith to either re-attempt shipping once a shipping invoice has been paid or refund you for the cost of the products in the order if they successfully route back to us.  For more information on shipping-related invoices, please consult the invoice section below. 

Invoices 

Invoices may be sent to you by Fireforce Ventures via a payment processor with attached invoice information about the details of what is owed. It is the responsibility to pay invoices in the time allotted, which will be agreed upon before the invoice is sent. We will make every effort to accommodate for any invoice revisions or late payments. Additionally, we will make every effort to contact you either via email or your listed phone number about invoices owed. However, if your invoice is not paid within the timeframe and late payment requests are not honored, we reserve the right to cancel the invoice, or forward the invoice to a 3rd party collection agency if applicable.

Fireforce Ventures has the ability to hold onto packages only for a period of 6 months while awaiting an invoice payment for items that have already been paid for but have outstanding shipping bills for whatever reason. We will not charge you additional storage fees during this period, and will always do our best to act in good faith, including advising you if any costs have changed over this 6 month period. Under no circumstances will Fireforce Ventures ever restock, or resell items from any of these specific orders, even if the shipping bill is ultimately not paid. However, once a period of 6 months has elapsed, Fireforce Ventures reserves the right to cancel the outstanding invoice/order and dispose of the items via donations to worthy military/anti-poaching organizations. 

Service Refusal
