The Type 3 Combat Trousers from SSO visually resemble the legendary G3, however, they have a number of alterations in both cut and overall functionality. A 50/50 Poly-Cotton Ripstop is used in the production of the trousers. The fabric is designed to be extremely durable and comfortable for the wearer. The trousers feature a wide belt just above the waistline to prevent the trousers from slipping down, which is fastened with a zipper and velcro, and 50mm belt loops sewn into the waistline with an additional loop for attaching carabiners or a coat. The two large hand pockets are deep enough to fit even the largest of phones, and each pocket is reinforced to allow the attachment of a folding knife. Each trouser leg features internal kneepads with cordura reinforcements to increase wear resistance and adjustable velcro cuffs at the bottom.
