Country of Origin: Italy Cold War era helmet nets for post war examples of the Italian Army M33 helmet, which saw service into the late 1980s before being replaced by the somewhat lacklustre SEPT2 Kevlar helmets in the 1990s. These helmet nets are functionally identical to postwar examples, with only slight changes to the small wooden toggles at the corners of the helmet net itself, which are used for adjustments. These nets measure approximately 13 x 13" overall, and can be fitted over any Italian M33 helmet or other comparable sized Cold War era steel helmets.
