Pre-Order Terms:

****IMPORTANT: PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)****

  1. By placing this pre-order, you authorize us to capture your payment method information immediately; HOWEVER, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED until 2-3 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date. THE PRE AUTHORIZATION AMOUNT WILL SHOW ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS A HOLD IMMEDIATELY HOWEVER THE MONEY WILL NOT DEDUCT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL THE CARD IS CHARGED. No charge will be processed until we have confirmed that your order will proceed to fulfillment. 
  2. All pre-orders for this production cycle are conditional upon reaching a minimum order threshold. If that threshold is not met by the cutoff date, all pre-orders for this cycle will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged. You will receive email notification of any such cancellation. 
  3. All product images shown on this listing are photographs of final, finished products that you will receive. They are not digital renderings, concept mock-ups, or artist interpretations. No additional imagery or reference beyond the "Features" section shall form part of this agreement. 
  4. Delivery is estimated to occur within 180 days from the date your order is placed. While we intend to deliver faster than 180 days, the same 180-day contractual limit applies. You agree that delivery on or before the 180th day constitutes full and timely performance. All pre-order sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. Exchanges (same product, different size) may be permitted solely at our discretion, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. No refunds will be issued for exchanges. 
  5. Any pre-order items will ship separately from any in-stock or other products you may have ordered. We will not combine shipments, and no shipping refunds or adjustments will be made for separate shipments. 
  6. We do not recommend placing additional products on the same order as a pre-order, as this may delay your entire order or result in additional shipping charges billed to you. Due to production volume constraints, we will not honor any requests for size changes once your pre-order is submitted. We are operating under difficult business conditions and truly appreciate your support. 
  7. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily supporting our small business, and you agree to all terms above. 
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Implied by checkout): 
  • I understand my card will NOT be charged until 2–3 weeks before delivery to FFV (Update 30 June 2026 - Transactions up to 22 June 2026 will be charged to lock in our production and prevent delays)
