Apologies for the lack of updates as of late - Having recently returned from my journey Down Under, I find myself in the unfortunate grip of an ailment acquired during a rough 14-hour flight. As loyal members of our Buyer's Club, your invaluable feedback and steadfast support make you the most important part of the Fireforce Ventures community. Transparency regarding Fireforce Ventures' plans for the future remains a top priority, and I am committed to keeping you informed.
The last two years have marked a substantial period of resilience for our small business, particularly since the complex relocation from Canada in 2022. Things lagged behind considerably as we started almost from the ground up again. Over the course of 2023, we somewhat found our stride again. Over the year, we were able to offer a fully fleshed out product line up in Rhodesian Brushstroke and West German BGS Sumpftarn without a single pre-order. Additionally, we significantly expanded our various patch and decal offerings, in part due to the efforts of our friends at the Zaibatsu Manufacturing Concern. We were also able to keep up a great delivery tempo courtesy of the incredible efforts of SoccerDadActual (SDA) down in Denison, Texas. He’s done it all while now preparing with his partner to welcome a newborn child to their lovely little family. The tribe welcomes another little warrior!
Thanks to all of your support, we’re in a relatively stable position entering into this new year. Rather than just surviving as we’ve done over the past two years, our focus for 2024 is growth. We’re fairly well known in the world of reproduction cammies, but we want to be the go-to shop for unique kit, with less of a time gap between big drops.
By the end of the year, a few things are going to be happening for our business:
- New Operational Warehouse: More shelving, more inventory, more operational staff, to allow us to just do “more” – perhaps even the start of a customer pickup location located in Denison, Texas!
- East Africa Presence: Nirav, our operations manager, will be conducting a long term recce tour of East Africa by Q3 2024, to help firmly establish Fireforce Ventures’ brand in the place that inspires us most.
- Anti-Poaching Support: In keeping with the wishes of our late founder Kyle Ronald Porter, expect to see a lot more public facing initiatives to support anti-poaching efforts from biomes as diverse as Southern Africa, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
- Product Video Promos/Overviews: Expect to see a lot more multimedia presence from us, we will be taking on a very talented video editor on a contractual basis to better highlight some of our product features
- Return Of Older Products: We will reintroduce past products into our product line up including SADF Nutria Brown, 32 Battalion Winter Pattern
- New Product Offerings: Japanese Self-Defence Force Flecktarn, US Tigerstripe (Late War Advisor Dense), and perhaps even more!
Over the next few years, this will lay the groundwork to allow us to launch more product line ups, a global presence, and a public facing pro-shop in the great city of Denison. As for me, I shall be continuing to pull the strings from Canada throughout 2024, with the exception to a quick stop in Las Vegas next week for the ANME Milsurp Expo. My personal itinerary remains otherwise confidential - If you know, you know.
